Beverly Moreland Williamson, age 79, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Christine and Harold Moreland; brother, Tully Waldon Myers; and cousins, Jackie Muncy and Katie Prater.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Williamson; stepson, William M. Williamson, Jr. and his wife Debbie; grandchildren, Grant Williamson (Jessica), Logan Williamson (Gaby), Colton Williamson (Chloe), and Dakota Williamson; great grandchildren, Annie and Thomas Williamson; nieces, Carisa Watson and Aleta Boatman; and beloved cousins, Billy Muncy, Donna Williams, and Becky Hayes.

Beverly was a member of Walter Hill Church of Christ. For 38 years, she devoted her career to serving others as a librarian at the VA. Beyond her work, she found joy in cooking meals, tending to her flowers, or spending time outdoors. An avid traveler, she explored much of the United States and even spent time in Europe. Beverly also cherished the companionship of her dogs and held a special place in her heart for time spent with her cousins. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 6, 2026 from 12:00-2:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Tom Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Leoni Cemetery in Woodbury, TN with Bart Butler, Josef Butler, Ed Butler, Max Butler, Ron Morris, Mike Williamson, and Shannon Robinson serving as pallbearers.
