Betty Mae Tucker, age 70 of Almaville, died Monday at her home surrounded by her family. A life-long resident of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Pete and Thelma Williams Christopher. She was also preceded by a son, Dorris Wade "Bubba" Tucker. Mrs. Tucker is survived by her husband of 51 years, Thomas "Buddy" Tucker; a son, Thomas Wayne Tucker of Madisonville, TN; a brother, Wesley Christopher and his wife Nancy of Murfreesboro and three grandchildren, Kristin Faith Tucker, Bethany Hope Tucker, and Thomas Wade Tucker all of Madisonville, TN. and a host of other loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00am -12:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Graveside services will be 1:00pm Thursday at Triune Cemetery with Bro. Terry Campbell officiating.
