Betty Jo Stephens Hargrove , age 82 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Friday April 7, 2017. A native of Fayetteville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Alvie and Tishie Short Stephens. Mrs. Hargrove was also preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Stephens.

Mrs. Hargrove is survived by her husband, Jerry L Hargrove; sons, Mike Hargrove and his wife Ann, Steve Hargrove and his wife Angela, and Tim Hargrove and his wife Amanda, all of Murfreesboro, TN; seven grandchildren; sisters, Emma Hargrove of Ardmore, TN and Linda Pinkerton of Woodville, AL.

Funeral service will be 11:30 AM Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with visitation two hours prior to the 11:30 AM service. Dr. Mike Norris will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Hargrove was a member of Franklin Road Baptist Church and a retired nurse.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Franklin Road Baptist Church building fund in memory of Mrs. Hargrove.
