Mrs. Betty Stewart Rappleye, age 95, of Murfreesboro TN passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015. She was born in Chicago, IL and was a daughter of the late Luther and Edna Stewart. Mrs. Rappleye was an avid reader and loved learning about history. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rappleye was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Rappleye. Mrs. Rappleye is survived by three daughters, Donna Martinson of Kamuela, HI, Su Rappleye and her husband John Jackson of Skagway, AK, and Christy Westbrooks and her husband John of Murfreesboro; four grandchildren, Shelby Martinson, Travis Martinson and his wife Mary, Amanda Westbrooks Brown and her husband Adam, and Sam Westbrooks and his wife April; and eleven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 4:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
