Betty Jane McMillin , age 89 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Saturday December 17, 2016. A native of Kingstree, SC, she was the daughter of the late Francis Marion, and Emma Jane Weaver Stubbs. Mrs. McMillin was also preceded in death by her husbands, Huilette Eugene Fountain, and Raymond Parker McMillin, her son Jeffrey E. Fountain, and a sister, Frances Milburn.

Mrs. McMillin is survived by her daughters, Jane Overall and her husband Charles of Murfreesboro, TN and Janell Nichol of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Keith Overall, Ken Overall, and his wife Christie, Kevin Overall, and his wife Heather, Rachael Field and her husband, Teddy, Ethan Nichol and Bonny Nichol; great-grandchildren, Elijah Overall and Ashton Overall.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Sunday December 18, 2016 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, with Dr. Mark Gregory officiating. Visitation will be Sunday December 18, 2016 from 12:30 pm until the 1:00 pm service. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Birmingham; AL, 1:00 pm Tuesday December 20, 2016.

Mrs. McMillin was member of the Methodist Church and a retired Medical Technologist at Vanderbilt University.
