Bessie Marie Harrell, age 93, of Murfreesboro, died Sunday, January 20, 2013. She was a native of Rutherford County and the daughter of the late James G. and Vera May Burnett Allen. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Harrell, brothers, Arlington and Henry Allen, sister, Maggie French Robinson, and great grandchild, Houston Paul Richardson. She is survived by a daughter, Fay Richardson and her husband Johnnie of Murfreesboro, brother, H.O. Allen of Murfreesboro, grandchildren, Shannon Luscinski, Jason Richardson, great grandchildren, Danielle, Alekz, and Sasha Luscinski, Colt Richardson, Tyler and Rivers Schuster. Mrs. Harrell attended Dilton Church of Christ. She was a lifelong bookkeeper who started her career at Goldsteins, then worked at Sewart Air Force Base, and retired from Allen Oil Company. Visitation will be from 10:00am until time of service at 12noon Wednesday at the Dilton Church of Christ, 1617 Dilton Mankin Road, Murfreesboro, TN with burial following in Harrell Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Dunaway, Dwayne Grady, Robert Luscinski, Wayne Allen, Mark Allen, and Billy Harrell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
