Benjamin L. Davis, age 65 of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Wilbur and Aunora Davis. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Robert Davis.

Mr. Davis was a retired accountant and owned The Tax Source in Smyrna from 1991 until 2011.

Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Bonnie Davis; children, Zachary Davis and wife Michelle, Shane Davis and wife Megan, Elizabeth Combs and husband Nicholas, and James Mullikin and wife Angie; grandchildren, Ava Davis, Grant Davis, Clara Kay Davis, Josie Davis, Tyrus Combs, Lauren Mullikin, and Caleb Mullikin; and a sister, Marilyn Lyons and husband Robert; several nieces, nephews, and other loving family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00pm Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Creekmont General Baptist Church with Brother Marvin Brewer officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the church.
