Bedford Wallace Lasley, Sr. age 86 of Nashville passed away Monday October 19, 2015. A native of Jackson, Tennessee he was the son of the late Bedford and Mattie Ferguson Lasley. He was also preceded in death by a daughter; Dianne Lasley, son; Tolbert Lasley and a great-grandson; Alex Lasley. Mr. Lasley is survived by his wife of 65 years; Nancy Jones Lasley, sons; Bedford Wallace, Jr., Allen Lasley and his wife Rachel all of Nashville, granddaughter; Tonya Lasley of Lebanon, two grandsons; Matthew Lasley of West Virginia, Mitchell Lasley of Cookeville and two great-granddaughters; Hannah Lasley-High of Lebanon and Kristen Farley of Cookeville. Mr. Lasley served 40 and half years in The Tennessee Army National Guard. He served as a full time Technician at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Smyrna, Tennessee as a helicopter pilot.
