She began her career as an elementary school teacher, where her love for children and passion for learning left a lasting impact on countless students. Her talents and leadership then led her to become a National Executive Director with Pampered Chef, where she traveled, inspiring and equipping others through motivational speaking and mentorship. She later served as a marketing coach for Kingdom-Minded women and businesses, helping entrepreneurs build success rooted in faith and purpose. Most recently, she worked with Growability, where she was passionate about helping businesses maximize the potential of their teams and cultivate thriving workplace cultures.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Becky was deeply invested in the lives of others through her involvement in children and youth ministries of North Boulevard Church of Christ's West Campus. Above all, her greatest calling was her relationship with God and her role as a mother. She devoted her life to serving God and her girls. Her faith shaped every aspect of her life, and she faithfully spent her years serving the Lord, loving her family, and encouraging everyone she met to live with purpose, hope, and grace.
