Barbara A. Thomas, age 74 of Lebanon died Thursday. She was a native of Sevier County and a longtime resident of Friendsville, TN. Ms. Thomas was a member of Friendsville First Baptist Church and retired from Nissan in Smyrna.

She is survived by her children; Debra Thomas of Lebanon, Karen Reed of Louisville, TN, Mechel King and husband John of Smyrna, Joshua Thomas of Lebanon, Tinnie Bain French of Friendsville; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren;brother, Alton Bain of Friendsville Ms. Thomas was preceded in death by brothers, Walter Bain
