Mrs. Barbara Ann Nelson, age 80, of Saratoga Springs, NY passed away Friday, November 13, 2015. She was born in Saratoga Springs, NY to the late Kenneth R. and Katherine Marie Ruzcsky Stevens. Mrs. Nelson was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Saratoga Springs, NY and was a homemaker and clerk at H & R Block. Mrs. Nelson is survived by her daughter, Kathy Nelson of Murfreesboro, TN; brother, William Stevens and his wife Karen of Gansevoort, NY; sister, Judy Parks of Saratoga Springs, NY; several nieces and nephews; and her Boston Terriers, Bo and Toby Stevens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Nelson, and her brother, James Stevens. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
