Barbara Ann Fultz, age 71 of LaVergne, Tennessee died Thursday, October 24, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was a native of Granite City, Illinois and was raised in Erin, Tennessee. She was a daughter of the late Leroy and Ruth Smith. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Freda Mitchell, and a nephew, Chris Mitchell.

Survivors include her husband, David Fultz, Sr; children, Gerrie (Jerry) Demonbreum, David (Tracy) Fultz, Crystal (Mark) Schamel, Michelle (Jeff) Godby, and Jon (Kelli) Harrington; brothers, Jerry and Carl Smith; sisters, Pat Warfield, Ginger Drummond, Tina Baggett; twenty grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 1:00pm until the time of funeral services beginning at 3:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Jimmy Snow officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers.
