Barbara Diane Davis age 54, of Smyrna went home to Jesus on November 15th 2013. Our Beautiful Girl passed peacefully into Glory surrounded by her loving family. We will miss her terribly, but are comforted knowing she is able to dance in Heaven, no longer hindered by her disabilities. Barbara cheerfully and courageously fulfilled God's Perfect Purpose for her life as she taught us all such profound lessons of unconditional love and true compassion . Barbara was always so happy and her smile would melt your heart. She found such joy in many things, most of the them very simple. She loved everyone, She loved furry kitty cats, all things sparkly, her McDonald's coffee, dance music, shopping trips to Walmart and her 120ct boxes of crayons. But most of all she loved her Mama. We praise God for blessing and entrusting our family with Histreasure, Barbara Diane Davis. She is preceded in death by her father, Arthur Joe Davis. Barbara is survived by her deeply devoted Mother, Sara Davis of Smyrna; brothers,Joey and (Tonya) Davis of Culleoka and Tim Davis of Smyrna; sisters Gina-Guinn and (Lloyd) Campbell of Lascassas, Kim and (Glenn) Nicholson of Nolensville, Donica and (Alan) Raiche of Smyrna, as well as a multitude of loving aunts,uncles, nieces,nephews and cousins too numerous to list. The Family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Tennessee Family Solutions, whose loving and skillful care after Barbara's extended illness, made it possible for our girl to once again experience joy in the last few weeks of her life.
