AUBREY BERNARD TURNER, known to friends as A.B., age 73, of Murfreesboro passed away Friday, March 5, 2010. He was a native of Clinton, South Carolina and the son of the late Frank and Dorcas Turner. Funeral service will be 10:00am Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Bro. John Eades and Bro. Joe Elliott will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Full Military Rites. He is survived by his wife, Nelda J. Turner, daughter, Emily Ladd of Murfreesboro, son, Steve Hodges of CA, sisters, Lana Deloney and Denise Miller of Okeechobee, FL, granddaughter, Kelly Brandon of Murfreesboro, great grandsons, Cainan and Cameron Brandon of Murfreesboro, and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Turner was a member of Kellys Chapel United Methodist Church and a retired veteran serving 20 years in the United States Air Force. He was also retired from the Alvin C York VA Hospital in Murfreesboro. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association in his memory.
