ANNA LEE PAYNE, age 78, died June 18, 2010 at home. Mrs. Payne was a native of Leitchfield, KY, and daughter of the late A.C. and Ruby Horn Milner. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jerry Howard officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. ,Mrs. Payne is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Linda and Pastor Jerry Howard of Murfreesboro, and Pam and Dan Joaquin of Mill Valley, CA; grandchildren Julie and Eric Howard; and sister, Marlene Joyce of Elizabethtown, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Charles Payne. Mrs. Payne attended Mt. Hermon Baptist Church.
