Anna W. James, age 90, of Smyrna, TN passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013. A native of Springfield, MO she is preceded in death by her parents, Earle G. and Myrtle Hall Anderson; her husband, Captain Carroll Lee James KIA USAF Veteran of the Korean War; two sons, Stephen and Michael James, three sisters and one brother. A graveside service will be held Monday at 10:00AM at Springfield National Cemetery in Springfield, MO. Mrs. James is survived by her daughter-in-law, Glenda James of Smyrna and Sadie James of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Gale Malone, Erin James, Stephen James, Michael James, Cindy Brady, and Jesse James; 16 great-grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Mrs. James attended Stones River Baptist Church in Smyrna and was a retired seamstress with Sears.
