Ann Marie West, age 69, of Murfreesboro, TN, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 13, 2019. A native of Nashville, TN, she was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Vaughn and Delores Sillman Cox; and her brother, John Cox.

She is survived by her son, William "Chuck" James and his wife Amy of Christiana, TN; daughter, Deborah Ann Smith; brother, James M. Cox of Douglasville, GA; grandchildren, Caleb James and his wife Alyssa, Caitlin James Brown, and Kristina Marie Smith; great-grandchild, Aston James; nephews, Chris Cox of Hiram, GA, Jeff Cox and Roger Cox both of Murfreesboro; and niece, Jennifer Cox Croom.

Mrs. West was of the Methodist faith. She was a retired Cafeteria Supervisor with the Davidson County Schools. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.

The family would like to thank the staff of Rutherford County Community Care for the love they gave to Mrs. West.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date at Rutherford County Community Care.
