Alvin Junior "Oogie" Miller, age 79 of Murfreesboro died Friday May 1, 2015. He was a native of Rutherford County and was preceded in death by his parents, Allie C. Miller, and Jewel Maybell Webb Miller, and a brother, Robert Miller. He was a Truck Driver for J.W. Fletcher and retired from Rutherford County Highway Department. Mr. Miller is survived by wife of 35 years, Annie Miller; daughter, Sharon Wyre of Lebanon; granddaughter, Rhonda Neal of Woodbury; grandson, Johnathan Gleason of Lebanon; one great-grandson, and two great-granddaughters. Funeral service will be 11:00AM Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Brother,Terry Frazier will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
