Alline G. Hix, age 97 of Smyrna died Monday April 13, 2015. She was a native of Red Boling Springs and was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Audra Parsey Wilder; husband John Leslie Hix, and son Ray Hix. Mrs. Hix was a member of Northside Baptist Church, and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children. Sullivan Hix and wife Gwen of Portland, TN., Johnny Hix and wife Cynthia of Liberty, TN., Maye Koterba of Smyrna, Faye Adams of Smyrna, Brenda Patterson and husband Howard of Smyrna; brother, Clifton Wilder of Kentucky; 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 26 great-great grandchildren and 2 great-great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2:00PM Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Brother Ken Polk will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Family will serve as pallbearers.
