ALBERT THOMAS KING, age 90 of Smyrna died Wednesday, August 18, 2010. He was a native of Lorain, Ohio and son of the late Bruno and Katie Shemanski Kosiorek. He was also preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Marie King in 2006. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Buddy Royston will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his children, Larry (Linda) King, Leslie (Clyde) Stevenson, Kelly (Candy) King, Regan (Kathy) King, Kendall (Robert) Gerken, Toby King, and Tammy Percival, step children, Sam (Karen) Spicer, Darrell (Joyce) Spicer, and Sharon (Doug) Wade, 23 grandchildren, and 27 great grandchildren. Mr. King was a U S Navy veteran and a Meat Cutter for Meyer Goldberg Grocery. He was a former Councilman and organized the little league in Amherst, OH. He was also a Referee and served as Commissioner of the Lorain County Golden Gloves. Grandsons and great grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
