ALANA RECHT THURSTON age 49 of Murfreesboro, died Monday November 29, 2010. She was a native of New York and was the daughter of the late Robert and Ailene Recht. Funeral service will be 12:00 noon Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rabbi Philip Rice will officiate. Burial will be in the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Mrs. Thurston is survived by her husband of 16 years Robert Thurston, her daughter Ashley Thurston, son Robert Thurston Jr. all of Murfreesboro, and a brother Barry (Chris) Recht of New Jersey. She was retired from the Alvin C. York Medical Center in the Record Keeping Department. Visitation will be 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
