A.L. Hulsey Jr., age 81, of Smyrna, TN died January 4, 2013. A native of Braselton, GA he was the son of the late Addie Lee Hulsey Sr. and Erminee Berryman Hulsey. A graveside service will be held Monday at 11:00AM in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Brother Dan Parker will officiate. Mr. Hulsey is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Mary Jurelle Hulsey; son, Steven Hulsey and Vicky Lenz of Centreville, VA; son, David Hulsey and his wife Karen of Smyrna, TN and daughter Donna Hardy and her husband Kirk of Lake Forest, IL; grandchildren, Stephanie Spicer, Brent Hulsey, Amanda Hulsey, Candice Sweet, Ryan Hulsey, Keeley Hardy and Ellie Hardy; great grandchildren, Alexandra Spicer and Brock Hulsey, due in April 2013; sisters, Loretta Richardson of Dacula, GA; and Nancy Brock of Apison, TN; brothers, Donald Hulsey of Hoschton, GA and Joe Hulsey of Cleveland GA; along with several nieces and nephews. Mr. Hulsey was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. He was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War and was retired from the fleet service of American Airlines. Mr. Hulsey enjoyed playing golf, going to the beach, and reading. He loved spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials can be made to the Parkway Baptist Church Building Fund.
